Debt Buyer Cavalry sued a Rose Consumer Law client for $5780, allegedly owed on a defaulted Synchrony Bank loan. On June 10, 2025, two days before the scheduled trial, Cavalry dismissed the case without prejudice, thereby ending the litigation with our client paying nothing. A dismissal without prejudice means the case can be refiled within the statute of limitations period, however, this rarely happens. Call us with questions. (877) 320-2380.
